Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF)
Founded in 1981, SIBF is a non-profit business association with sister organizations in Central Eurasia, the Middle East, and South East Asia. Based in the United States but globally-minded, SIBF members are intellectually curious with a keen interest in understanding world history, culture, geopolitics, and international business. SIBF, CELA, SEALA, and Mela members create a 30,000+ network effect that spans more than 46 countries.

Central Eurasia Leadership Alliance (CELA)
CELA, founded in 2002, is the premier network for Central Eurasia’s leaders to consistently expand their leadership skills, grow their professional network, and enhance the positive impact they make on their families, businesses, and communities. With 14 academies, more than 500 Alumni, 30 Annual reunions, and 2 Global Network Summits under its belt, CELA has demonstrated its effectiveness in developing partnerships among our members for business, professional, altruistic, and personal purposes.

Middle East Leadership Association (MELA)
MELA was established by a group of committed Arab and American business executives who identified the critical need for the establishment of a community of interconnected, high-potential Middle Eastern business leaders. Today, this non-profit leadership development network, established in 2010, accelerates growth and decision-making across 14 Arab countries, fostering responsible and ethical leadership best practices.

South East Asia Leadership Academy (SEALA)
SEALA is a non-profit initiative launched in 2013 on the model of the regional network organizations already created for next-generation leaders in Central Eurasia and the Middle East. The South East Asia Leadership Academy offers an alternative to the usual commercial offerings and off-the-shelf training in the region. This network strives to share practical knowledge, leadership tools, mentorship, network support, and global connections, making them fully available to a new generation of leaders.

North America Leadership Alliance (NALA)
The North American Leadership Alliance (NALA) is an intensive, five-day immersion program designed to expand your impact – professionally and personally. It brings together leaders from Canada, Mexico, and the United States to elevate their leadership skills, develop close working and personal relationships, and expand their strategic networks geographically and across specializations, industries, and sectors. Following completion of the program, graduates will be invited to join the membership of SIBF.
