LANCASTER --
 The Lancaster & Chester Railway Co., which has served
the region for 114 years, is being sold to the Gulf & Ohio Railways Inc.
Terms of the deal were not released. The sale is expected to
be finalized on Nov. 1., said Pete Claussen (TN, '03), chairman of the Gulf & Ohio
Railways.
